As we embark on our new culinary journey at Glory Barbecue we are always perfecting our craft to bring you the best Texas BBQ. We will serve the Northern Virginia and DMV area for pop ups (think breweries, wineries, etc.) and catering only.
We offer catering services for all types of events!

We can also serve individual servings (minimum of 4) when we are doing catering cooks! Inquire below if you’d like to have us quote on catering, have a great place where Glory BBQ can do a pop up, or want to order food (minimum of 4 plates – $75) when we are cooking for catering jobs!
Our Story
We are truly BBQ GEEKS! We’ve been on a journey for years – smoking meats, cooking for friends and family, hosting parties for 80+ people, always trying to perfect our recipes. We’ve traveled around Texas on a quest for the best TX BBQ ordering practically everything off the menus and talking to as many pitmasters as we could in the HOPE of mastering Texas BBQ techniques and methods!
After years of practice we’re ready to share our love of BBQ with you!
Founded with this love for barbecue, we strive every day to deliver authentic Texas Craft Barbecue in our home state of Virginia. We believe in preserving the rich traditions of Texas barbecue JUST AS WE EXPERIENCED THEM in Texas, while incorporating new & innovative Texas craft BBQ to deliver an exceptional culinary experience. Our mission is to provide our customers with the best barbecue, crafted with care and dedication.
