We are located in Northern Virginia and serve the local DMV area (N. & Western VA, Southern MD, Washington, DC)
Do you have a brick & mortar location?
We only provide catering services at your location and will be doing pop-ups in 2025 at breweries, wineries, and local businesses, so no physical location open to the public just yet.

Yes, yes we love these! We can cater your office party or meeting and your company picnic will be MIND BLOWING for your team members with authentic Texas BBQ! Heck, we’ll even bring the big, beautiful Texas smoker for memorable pictures and smoky ambiance!! we offer catering services for all types of events. Do you have a minimum?
Yes – we can cater from 15 people up to 250! Minimum order amount for catering is $250 but we also sell mains and sides to individuals when we are doing a catering order! You can order meats & sides by the pound or container. Reach out to us here on the form and also follow us on social to see when we are doing a catering order!
Can you do a pop up at my location?
Yes, we would love to do a pop up at your business location, brewery, or winery! Please contact us using the contact form on this page for more information. Heck, we’ll even bring you some samples to make it easy for you to say YES! Once you taste it … it’s hard to resist!!
Can I see your Texas smoker?
Hahahaha ABSOLUTELY! You can request that our authentic Texas born, offset, wood burning smoker be at your event! Include that in your form inquiry and we’ll give you the details.
